Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in any course or program offered by S-Tech.
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 The Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application for enrollment in a Course.
2.2 The Student must provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process.
2.3 The Institute may require additional documentation or information from the Student to verify their eligibility for enrollment.
3.1 The Fees for each Course are specified on the Institute's website and are subject to change without notice.
3.2 The Student must pay the Fees in full before the commencement of the Course.
3.3 The Institute accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.
4.1 The Institute has a no-refund policy, except in cases where the Course is cancelled or postponed by the Institute.
4.2 In the event of a refund, the Institute will refund the Fees paid by the Student, minus any administrative charges.
5.1 The Institute reserves the right to modify or change the Course content and materials at any time.
5.2 The Student acknowledges that the Course materials are the intellectual property of the Institute and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
6.1 The Student is expected to attend all classes and participate in all Course activities.
6.2 The Institute reserves the right to remove any Student from the Course who fails to meet the attendance and participation requirements.
7.1 The Student is expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the Course.
7.2 The Institute reserves the right to remove any Student from the Course who fails to meet the conduct and behavior requirements.
8.1 The Institute retains all intellectual property rights to the Course materials and content.
8.2 The Student acknowledges that they have no claim to any intellectual property rights in the Course materials and content.
9.1 The Institute shall not be liable for any damages or losses suffered by the Student as a result of participating in the Course.
9.2 The Student agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Institute, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation in the Course.
10.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
10.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
11.1 The Institute reserves the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time.
11.2 The Student agrees to be bound by any changes to these terms and conditions.
By enrolling in a Course, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
