Refund Policy
  • 100% Refund: If the course is cancelled by STECH, students are eligible for a 100% refund of the course fee.
  • Refund: We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund.
  • 75% Refund: If a student cancels their enrollment 7 days or more before the course start date, they are eligible for a 75% refund of the course fee.
  • 50% Refund: If a student cancels their enrollment 3-6 days before the course start date, they are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
  • No Refund: If a student cancels their enrollment 2 days or less before the course start date, or after the course has started, they are not eligible for a refund.
  • Note: Online Payment Refund: If a student makes payment through UPI/QR/Net Banking Mode and transaction was failed but money was deducted then please wait for 24 hours (1 Day) it will be automatically refund in your same bank account.
  • Cancellation Policy

  • Notice Period: Students must provide written notice of cancellation to STECH at least 7 days before the course start date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of ₹500 will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.
  • Course Transfer: Students may transfer to another course offered by STECH, subject to availability and course compatibility.
  • Exceptions

    The following exceptions apply to the refund and cancellation policy:

    • Customized Courses: Customized courses may have a separate refund and cancellation policy, which will be communicated to the student at the time of enrollment.
    • Online Courses: Online courses may have a separate refund and cancellation policy, which will be communicated to the student at the time of enrollment.
